A very nice location, located in the center of Rome, in Trastevere, close to the Belli station (from where there is access to taxis to the airport as well as buses to various places of interest in Rome). For those who have not visited Rome, we are talking about a distance of 3 minutes on foot to the restaurant area of Trastevere, 5 minutes to the Jewish quarter, 10-15 minutes to Campo dei Fiori/Piazza Navona also 10 to Altare della Patria . Regarding the location, I can say that it exceeded our expectations. Everything very clean, we were offered to change our bedding daily if wanted. We chose the standard room which is large enough + the bathroom equipped with everything necessary, and daily they brought us shampoo/gel/kit to wash our teeth. Regarding the breakfast, it was tasty, with possibilities to choose both salty and sweet options (pistachio croissants are great). Also good juices. Access to coffee was 24/7 not just during breakfast. Also for a fee at very low prices mini bar for all day (water, juice, champagne). Besides all these, our host, Mrs. Urszula, was great, a gentle, pleasant attitude, available to help us with everything we need. If every accommodation had a manager like her, I don't think there would be dissatisfied people anywhere.

First and foremost the hosts (Ursula and her son Lorenzo) were so warm and accommodating. They even noted (based on passport information) that my husband had a birthday while we were staying and went out of their way to provide a special birthday cake that was waiting for us after a busy day of sightseeing. They took the time to relate to us on a personal level. Clearly this is not just a business but a passion. Location is ideally situated in Trastevere away from the heavily touristed areas. We walked everywhere - the Vatican, the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Forum, and many museums. A taxi stand and bus stop is a stone's throw away as well. Trastevere is a hub of many charming restaurants also within easy walking distance. We always felt safe and secure. Our room was HUGE, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The room had fresh flowers in a vase and on checkin there was a small bottle of Prosecco on ice and tasty Italian treats. There was a kitchen for guests that was well stocked with breakfast items as well as snacks and treats and an "honor" bar for other beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).

Urszula was an amazing hostess. She was incredibly hospitable and made our stay memorable from a welcoming snack to a parting gift, even going the extra distance to find us a taxi upon our departure. The guest house was charming with its old elevator, and shuttered widows overlooking the piazza below. There was a variety of sweet and savory bites available for breakfast and in-between snacking. In the extreme heat of July this year, the room was always refreshingly cool to return to for our afternoon siesta. One note, it isn't far from a hospital so sirens at all hours were not uncommon, however, putting down the outside shutter helped baffle some of the sound and worked tremendously to keep the morning light out of the room on the mornings we didn't have to be up early. The location was fabulous with a 15-20 minute walk to many landmarks and the magnificent restaurants of Trastevere just outside the door. I highly recommend this guest house.

This was my second stay in Rome and it was a truly special place of comfort. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the host, Madame Urszula, and her family for their warm kindness and consideration. When I told them about my enjoyment of gelato in Italy during check-in, she immediately bought us some delicious gelato from far away. I was really touched. And I could see her sincerity in the clean and well-organized hotel and the neatness of the breakfast. My wife and I were able to forget the fatigue from our trip with the special comfort of staying here. And because of our late flight, they were considerate enough to keep our luggage until we left for the airport and even arranged transportation to the airport. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the Urszula's family for being so kind to us, traveling from a faraway country. If we come to Rome again, we will stay here. Thank you! URSZULA!

Urszula is a wonderful host warm ,welcoming and generous the provisions for breakfast and snacks were bountiful and it is apparent by the little things that she is passionate about providing a comfortable environment. We were met at the property by her very charming and helpful son Lorenzo who showed us all the facilities and also provided local information and useful tips. Residenza Delle Arti is a lovely Art Deco building and the location was great for us as all the sights we wished to see were a 15-20 minute walk across the river and the Travestere neighborhood is great - full of many restaurants & bars. I would recommend this as a good place to stay
